1. Reservation

Our tours require advance booking.
Reservations can be made through our website or partner platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Viator).
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your full payment and sent you a confirmation email.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
For reservations made through partner platforms, their respective terms and conditions apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund
  • Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the tour: 50% refund
  • Cancellation 1 day before or on the day of the tour: No refund

If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
All bank transfer fees, credit card charges, PayPal fees, and any other transaction fees related to refunds will be borne by the customer.

4. Tour Changes

The itinerary may be changed or canceled on the day of the tour due to weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Refunds will not be provided for itinerary changes.

5. Insurance & Safety

We strongly recommend that participants purchase domestic or international travel insurance.
We are not responsible for accidents, theft, or injuries during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

6. Health & Participation Conditions

Please inform us in advance if you are elderly, traveling with small children, or have any medical conditions.
For safety reasons, the guide reserves the right to refuse participation at their discretion.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, transportation delays, or incidents involving third parties.

Personal information provided will be used solely for tour operations and safety management.
