Tour Options
We offer two types of tours, depending on how you’d like to experience Ishigaki.
Private Tours
A fully private experience, designed around you.
Ideal for couples, families, or small groups who prefer flexibility and a more personal pace.
You can adjust the itinerary, spend more time where you like, and enjoy the island in your own way.
Small Group Tours
A shared experience with a limited number of guests (maximum 8 people), available for cruise ship visitors.
Designed to fit cruise schedules, these tours offer a relaxed and comfortable way to explore the island alongside other travelers.
For Cruise Visitors
We understand that your time on the island is limited.
Our tours are carefully planned around your ship’s schedule, allowing you to explore Ishigaki with confidence and without stress.
We monitor arrival and departure times, adjust when needed, and ensure a smooth return to your ship.
From pickup to drop-off, everything is designed to be simple, comfortable, and reliable.
Booking Process
Booking your tour is simple.
- Choose your preferred tour and submit your request
- Complete the payment using the PayPal link we send you
- Your booking is confirmed
Once your booking is confirmed, you can simply relax and look forward to your time in Ishigaki.
Payment
Payment is made securely via PayPal.
After you submit your request, we will send you a PayPal invoice.
Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is completed.
PayPal accepts major credit and debit cards, so you don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy clear and fair.
- 7 days or more before the tour: Full refund
- 6 to 2 days before the tour: 50% refund
- 1 day before or on the day of the tour: No refund
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Please note that any bank transfer fees, credit card charges, PayPal fees, or other transaction fees related to refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.
